RegenPRP and Cellular Matrix have been successfully used since many years in many musculoskeletal disorders. As biological products prepared with medical devices, clinical results are mitigated since there is a lack of standardization regarding such preparations.  

Additionally to the lack of standardization for these preparations, there is also a lack of standardization regarding rehabilitation programs and technics of injections.
