Enthesitis is a common symptom of patients with spondyloarthritis especially with psoriatic arthritis. The clinical detection is most difficult in some cases. An important differential diagnosis is fibromyalgia. This lesson presents the ultrasound definition of enthesitis. Typical examples of enthesitis in inflammatory rheumatic diesease were shown.
